Guys,
    I have attached V002 of the Orbit# 177 ATS.  The V002 ATS includes battery balancing commands during PERIGEE.  
The commands begin 30 minutes before PERIGEE and end 1 1/2 hrs before the 0900 UTC contact
I will place the new ATS on the SFTP before tomorrow morning

	2. No contact commands due to limited stored command space.
	All contacts will be treated as Blind_Acq contacts
