[Isocops] Today's IBEX Pass

We were unable to acquire the IBEX spacecraft at the scheduled time of 2030 UTC due to a configuration problem at the station. However, we were able to acquire at 2034 UTC (one minute prior to the downlink switch from 2K to 320K) and pick up the entire SSR dump ending at 2142 UTC. Eb/No at the 320K rate varied from 11.9 to 14.3 db. All files have been transferred to the sftp server.
