All,
I have looked at the Orbit 166 ATS v002

IBEX_2012_134_o0166a_v002.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_134_o0166a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v002 match the STF v001

IBEX_2012_133_o0166a_v001.stf

per Ken's script.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_134_o0166a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage on May 21 during perigee descend does not
affect perigee maneuver window.

Ground station contact times and rates per

IBEX_Orbit166Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts. NOTE: FC dump planned; maximum
listed contact rate is 40k.

No battery cell balancing this orbit; we did last 2 orbits.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 165 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

	No -Lo O-mode Commands.

	No overlap to orbit 165 commands apparent by manual check;
reference to http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi shows it's not
updated yet.

	Command Approval Checklist attached.

-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
