   Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 165

Ken,
   I ran into the same issue generating the OEF as with Orbit# 162.
The following changes were made in order to generate files.
 
1. Used Orbit# 163 ATS.  Orbit# 164 contained a Sun Precession maneuver at PERIGEE
2. Used DOY 098 EPH file instead of DOY 107 because Orbit# 163 ended before DOY 107 could be used
3. Used the IBEX_2012_forecast_06mar12-18jun12_v001.stf instead of the new generated IBEX_2012_forecast_02apr12-17jun12_v001.stf
