All,
I have looked at the Orbit 165 ATS v001

IBEX_2012_125_o0165a_v001.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_125_o0165a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001

IBEX_2012_125_o0165a_v001.stf

per Ken's script.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_125_o0165a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage from May 7 to May 10 obscures apogee
maneuver window; sun-pointing maneuver is done during this outage.
Another Star tracker outage near perigee ends in time to
allow a normal sun-pointing maneuver.

Ground station contact times and rates per

IBEX_Orbit165Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 4 contacts.

Battery cell balancing this orbit; we skipped orbit before
last. Balancing is more than 90 minutes from anything.

Sun-pointing maneuver at the end of orbit 164 (to ~ R.A
+41.301 Dec. +15.969) left us pointing in a safe direction for
ascending and descending macros during first half of orbit:

[tapley at ena ~]$ ibex_rotate -o -r +41.301 -d +15.969 -w ibex-sun -t
2012/05:04:16:49:21

  error is R.A. +0.698 Decl. +0.213
  for a total 0.703 deg
[tapley at ena ~]$ ibex_rotate -o -r +41.301 -d +15.969 -w ibex-sun -t

  error is R.A. +4.569 Decl. +1.282
  for a total 4.562 deg

Sun-pointing maneuver at apogee leaves us pointing in a safe
direction at maneuver and at following Ascending and Descending
Macros.

Inertial maneuver (finally!) at perigee leaves us pointing in
a safe direction at maneuver and at following Apogee.

[tapley at ena ~]$ ibex_rotate -o -u 0.638081,0.711427,0.294491 -w
