[Isocops] IBEX Goat Herder 16 Apr 12

[Ibex Mission Operations]

The PERIGEE Contacts for Orbit# 162 were nominal for command/telemetry.

The Inertial Maneuver was successful and the SSR_Data dumped.

We experienced a 3 minute late AOS due to operator error loading the INP2
tracking files, but achieved all objectives during the contact.
