All,
I have looked at the Orbit 164 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_116_o0164a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_116_o0164a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001
IBEX_2012_115_o0164a_v001.stf
per Ken's script.
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_116_o0164a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage from May 2 to May 4 obscures part of
perigee; sun-pointing maneuver is done during this outage.
Moon in -Lo FOV is reflected by .ATS commands; ATS lags 9.5
and 4.5 hours behind (for a 30-hour Moon-in-FOV) .oef predictions,
within normal tolerances.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit164Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.
Battery cell balancing this orbit; we skipped last orbit.
Balancing is more than 90 minutes from anything.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 163 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
