	For Arc 159a: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-Lo PAC Current 
Monitor exceeds yellow for a sample on ramp-up. Otherwise Nominal.

	For Arc 159b: No obvious spin problems. FractionValid dips 
below 50% but seems to stay locked nevertheless. Otherwise Nominal.
