All,
I have looked at the Orbit 142 ATS v001

IBEX_2011_280_o0142a_v001.txt

and I approve.

	No constraint violations.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002 file
(including O-mode commands)

IBEX_2011_280_o0142a_v002.stf

per Ken's script.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2011_280_o0142a_v001.oef

No Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands, and none needed.

	Ground station contact times per

IBEX_Orbit142Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.

Battery cell balancing takes place > 1 hour from anything.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 141 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

O-mode this orbit, from 2011/10:12:01:00:00 to
2011/10:16:08:00:00. ST outage ends well before this, at
2011-10-10T00:53:14.025Z, per the .oef.

No overlaps to orbit 141, manual check.
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi did not seem to complete loading
in a finite time - it is a very very long screen by now.

Command Approval Checklist and O-mode Checklist attached.

	Comet-viewing O-mode continues next orbit.
