Guys,
    Here is the ATS and planning files for Orbit# 142.
Orbit# 142  will be the first O-Mode Orbit. The commands can be found 
within the second half of the orbit (Arc-B)
Approvals/comments are due by 1200 UTC 27 Sept 11
