    I have attached v002 of the ATS for Orbit# 141. They are identical with
the following changes
The changes are:
1.  I have changed the OEF file name within the ATS
2. The data rate for the Orbit# 140 Tracking contact for 29 Sept 11 has been
changed to 2ksps.  MPS showed a data rate of 40ksps when generated with the
latest EPH file.  I changed the data rate in the CAF.  The ORbit Contact
file that I send send out to you was hand edited and had the typo of 2ksps.
That contact has been changed 4 times due to predicted antenna nulls.
