All,
I have looked at the Orbit 141 ATS v001
IBEX_2011_271_o0141a_v001.txt
and I Approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 file
IBEX_2011_271_o0141a_v001.stf
per Ken's script.
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_271_o0141a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with .oef
Moon-in-Lo-FOV times and inside by an hour or two, as usual.
Ground station contact times per
IBEX_Orbit141Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 3 contacts. However, the first contact at
$TIME=2011/09:29:06:58:02 has command for 40K but the ground station
contact listing says 2K.
No battery cell balancing.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 140 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
