[Ibex Mission Operations]

The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact nominal for command/telemetry. The data rate
was dropped to 64ksps at the beginning of the contact to achieve frame
sync-lock. The contact was scheduled for 160ksps.  Once the data rate was
changed to 64ksps, the contact was extended 30 minutes and the SSR dumped
(9521 blocks remained at the end of the contact)

The ATS for Orbit# 140 was uploaded and the master timer reset.

The tracking contact for Orbit# 138 failed for command/telemetry. The
antenna tracking software failed at the beginning of the contact and took
about 15 minutes to bring the antenna back online.  The contact downlink
rate was changed to 2ksps in a crunch for time to gather tracking data. The
Remaining blocks from Orbit# 138 were not re-dumped during this contact.
