All,
I have looked at the Orbit 146 ATS v001

IBEX_2011_317_o0146a_v001.txt

and I approve.

	No constraint violations per IBEX_2011_317_o0146a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001

IBEX_2011_317_o0146a_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2011_317_o0146a_v001.oef

Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands match the .oef, although
ATS commands are inside of .oef times (by ~11 hours start, ~3 hours
end) as usual.

	Ground station contact times per

IBEX_Orbit146Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.

Battery cell balancing takes place more than an hour from anything.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 145 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

	No more O-mode this orbit.

No overlaps to orbit 145 by manual check or by viewing
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi.

Command Approval Checklist attached. NOTE: checklist does not
include -Hi neg. collimator HV setting step, which looks correct for
this orbit. Do we want a checklist update?

-Hi collimator voltage set higher at all ascending macro runs.
