All,
I have looked at the Orbit 145 ATS v001

IBEX_2011_308_o0145a_v001.txt

and I approve.

	No constraint violations per IBEX_2011_308_o0145a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002 file
(including O-mode commands)

IBEX_2011_308_o0145a_v002.stf

per manual inspection.

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2011_308_o0145a_v001.oef

No Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands and none needed per the .oef.

	Ground station contact times per

IBEX_Orbit145Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.

Battery cell balancing takes place more than an hour from anything.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 144 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
