[Isocops] CRONology 2011-10-14 - Weird error messages appearing

All,
	Nominal, except for some odd error messages that started 
appearing at 00:55 on the 17th (today). The messages just say;

NO Valid Blocks were seen
NO Valid Blocks were seen
