[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 142 SSR_Dump Contact 16 Oct 11

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
  The two SSR_Dump contacts for Orbit# 144 were successful in
command/telemetry.
The SSR Data was dumped from Orbits # 141 (VC2=12000 with 0 errors) and 142
(VC2=50282 with 2 errors) successfully.
The FC was dumped, Orbit# 144 ATS Uploaded and the BUS housekeeping
completed.
