[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 141 SSR_Dump Contact Failure

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The Orbit# 141 SSR_Dump/ Tracking Contact with USN/AK has failed for
command link failure.
We could not dump the SSR or any of the housekeeping objectives during the
contact.
We are unable to schedule contacts at this time due to view periods, antenna
nulls and switching from the fwd and aft antenna.
We will upload the ATS for Orbit# 143 on 8 Oct 11 @1330 UTC
