All,
I have looked at the Orbit 149 ATS v001 and -Hi gain test ATS
IBEX_2011_345_o0149a_v001.txt
IBEX_2011_345_o0149a_HiGainTest_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr files:
IBEX_2011_345_o0149a_v001.ccvr and IBEX_2011_345_o0149a_HiGainTest_v001.ccvr.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002
IBEX_2011_344_o0149a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_345_o0149a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are concentric with
period predicted in the .oef, and inside by 1 and 4 hours
respectively, as usual.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit149Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.
Battery cell balancing this orbit is more than an hour from anything.
Sun-pointing maneuver at the end of orbit 148 left us
pointing in a safe direction for ascending and descending macros
during first half of orbit:

No O-mode this orbit.
No overlaps to orbit 148 by manual check or by reference to

Command Approval Checklist attached.
-Hi Neg collimator voltage set higher on first arc only.
-Hi Gain test in separate ATS. Commands look OK.
