[Isocops] [Ibexops] Orbit 146 Contact Statuses

Hello everyone,

Below are the statuses for the o146 contacts.

*DOY 322 0700 UTC* contact w/ USHI-01 (apogee):  Pass for Doppler
*DOY 326 1530 UTC* contact w/ USAK (P/D):  Pass for Doppler
*DOY 327 0520 UTC* contact w/ AUWA (P/A):  This contact is causing one of
our tests to fail. It is very possible that it is due to the contact being
at a lower altitude than we have had for over a month. Since next orbit's
P/A contact is around this same altitude, I am going to wait and try
re-processing this contact next orbit before determining a Pass or Fail
status for Doppler. I will include a status for this pass in the email I
send out next orbit. If anyone has questions in the meantime just let me
know.
