[Isocops] Orbit# 145 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact Failed for command/telemetry

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
   The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact for ORbit# 145 has failed due to loss of
command/telemetry.

At 0620 UTC, we loss command/telemetry for approximately 8 minutes during
the SSR_Dump and ATS Upload.
The USN/AK antenna tracking software crashed and was restarted during the
contact.
All ATS commands for Orbit# 147 were uploaded successfully and the
remainder of the SSR_Dump completed.
