All,
I have looked at the Orbit 147 ATS v001
IBEX_2011_326_o0147a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per IBEX_2011_326_o0147a_v001.ccvr.
The PL commands in the ATS v002 match the STF v001
IBEX_2011_326_o0147a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_326_o0147a_v001.oef
No Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands and none needed per the .oef.
Ground station contact times per
IBEX_Orbit147Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.
No Battery cell balancing this orbit; we did last 2 orbits.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 146 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No O-mode this orbit.
No overlaps to orbit 146 by manual check;
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi seems to be running slow.
No Command Approval Checklist today, maybe Monday.
-Hi collimator voltage set higher at all ascending macro runs.
