[Isocops] Update on web machine

All, 

The web machine is still down. Since this is the second disk failure in less than a month, I suspect that we aren't really dealing with disk failures. I had the drives moved to the backup web machine to see if that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, an error occurred while the system was booting. I'm going to be on campus early in the morning and will work with our operations group to get the system back up.
