[Isocops] Upcoming IBEX gain tests

Hi All,

 

The upcoming gain tests are planned for o148 arc b and o149 arc a. Sun precession maneuvers are performed at o148 apogee and perigee due to star tracker outages. The sun pointing angle for this gain test will be different than the previous gain tests. Please either confirm this is Ok or request moving the test.
