[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The Perigee contacts for Orbit# 126 were nominal for command/telemetry.
The SSR was dumped, battery cells balanced and the inertial maneuver was
successful.
We are now starting the tracking contacts for the upcoming maintenance
maneuver.
