I approve v002.
 
Please note the end of o126 ATS will overlap with the beginning of the o127 ATS. The SSR dump contact starts in o126 just prior to 10Re asc and ends in o127.
 
Thank you for getting this ATS out near apogee. Tim, Sheral, please open a razor for 'late delivery of ATSs' as I requested earlier. We need a formal delivery schedule. A razor is a good place to track this formalization. 
 
Please use Rev 4 of the Command Approval Checklist (attached). It was originally sent out with my o124 ATS approval & it has the extra battery cell balancing check and the final url of the ISOC merged ATS.
