I approve v001. Sheral - can you verify that we are Ok with the number of stored commands. 
 
Rev 2 of the checklist also attached. Changes from Rev 1:
- check that thrust time set to 0 after 16 mins (was 15)
- battery cell balancing section shows we will balance every even orbit only
 
Please open up a razor for the battery cell balancing plan change.
