[Isocops] Fwd: STF for Orbit 0119 - looks good

All,
	the automatically produced v001.stf for orbit 119 looks good, 
except that it does not include the CEM4 HV change commands. Ascent 
and descent macro times line up well with .oef from Orbit 118, no 
Moon-in-FOV, no O-mode, simple.

	Ken will produce a v002 including the Hi CEM4 voltage changes 
when he gets approvals; I have looked at the sample file he produced 
yesterday (IBEX_2011_087_05_37_v002.stf) and the changes from the 
original test file (IBEX_2011_087_05_37_v001.stf) look good to me; I 
approve of the changes but would like to look at the final v002. 
including Hi CEM when it appears if possible.
	I'll be out of contact today between ~1100 and ~2200 CDT 
travelling to the TIM.
