[Isocops] Success: CEM D to 1800, 3/9 1630 Pass

Hello team,
 
Orbit 116 IBEX-Hi special maintenance operation completed successfully.
 
During the 3/9 1630 GMT pass we executed CAR 447, (CAR-110309-CEM-D-1800V.doc), and ramped IBEX-Hi CEM D to 1800V. All Hi & Lo telemetry remained nominal throughout the pass. 
 
If back-orbit telemetry from this looks good, the new CEM D voltage will be added to standard ops process beginning with orbit 119.
