[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The tracking contact with USN/AK  @0830 UTC was successfull for
command/telemetry.
The spacecraft was nominal and the following objectives were completed

1. CAR#446 Upload Orbit# 117 ATS (971-5)
2. reset_master_timer.scr
3. @0830 ebno=15.17 - 17.66 dbm @ 2ksps
    @0849 ebno=15.39 - 17.11 dbm @ 2ksps

VC0= 182 / 21

The SSR Dump will taken through APL @ 1410 UTC
The full Goat Herder  for Orbit# 115 will be sent out Sunday evening
