Here's the STF for the orbit 132 Hi Gain test.  The command to generate
the STF at the ISOC is:

hi_gain_curve.pl verb=true comment="Gain test for Hi and BM: vary CEM
voltages; 30Re ascending" begin=2011-07-10T22:20:00
end=2011-07-11T03:05:00 dwell=1450 steps=0,-100,0,-200,0,-300,0,-400,0
abcdv=1700,1700,1700,1800 tofbv=5500 tag=NOW

This is just like the previous (orbit 119) invocation, but different to
invocations prior to when the default CEM D voltage changed.  The usual
4 redundant voltage commands near the end have been removed.
