Guys,
   The apogee post burn contact was nominal for command/telemetry
The station power was increased from 277 watts to 370 watts to avoid
telemetry drop outs during the contact

agc signal strength= -121.584
@1649 ebno=19.73 - 20.72 db (2ksps)
agc signal strength= -119.902 with power increase
