[Isocops] Access to systems at UNH

Although most of you are probably using the Boulder system, please let me know if you have trouble accessing the UNH systems. We seem to be experiencing short periods where the systems cannot be reached. I suspect it is related to the recent changes in the computer room. So far RCC has not been able to find the problem. I'm hoping that providing outage times might help them.
