All,
I have looked at the Orbit 131 ATS v001

IBEX_2011_173_o0131a_v001.txt

and I approve.

	No constraint violations.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001 files

IBEX_2011_181_o0131a_v001.stf

per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_173_o0131a_v001.oef
respectively.

Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands in the STF match the ATS
part a; the .oef Moon-in-Lo FOV times are slightly longer and
concentric with the STF times, as usual.

No ground station contact times. I assume those must be
loaded independently.

No battery cell balancing commands for this odd-numbered orbit.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 130 (large slew from
Burn pointing) left us pointing in a safe direction up to the Apogee
Descending Macros.

Inertial maneuver at apogee leaves us pointing in a safe
direction at maneuver and at following Ascending and Descending
Macros.

	No O-mode this orbit.

No obvious overlaps to orbit 130. I have not checked
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi, however. Transmitter on/off
commands will still need to be added and may cause overlaps, which
should not be a problem.

	Command Approval Checklist attached.
