   The Hawaii 02 supports at 15:00 and 18:00 were nominal for SOH. Timed
command FTV_DisableBoTm was deleted per step #26 (Trk #136).
ATS "IBEX_2011_18_20_June11Contacts_v001", 40 commands were uplinked @18:10
(TRK # 222 - 261).
