All,
    The Australia support was failed due to invalid tracking while at 2k
D/L. When the spacecraft was configured for 40 or 64k the station saw a
Right Hand Circular polarized D/L. When we changed D/L t o 2k, the NMC
reported seeing a Left handed Circular Polarized Signal.  The spacecraft
was commanded back to 40k for the duration of the support.
