[Isocops] [Ibexops] IBEX USHI01/USHI02 Contact DOY 152 10:45 UTC

Hello everyone,

Th original scheduled contact with USHI01 at 10:45 UTC failed for Doppler
when the antenna hit its hard stop. However, the USHI02 station was able to
be brought on and completed the contact with ~20 minutes of good Doppler
data. This contact was successful for the FDG. Have a good day.
