All,
	Failed the ephem check again, as Ryan predicted. Normal to 
orbit plane is particularly bad, at 95 vs. 15 km.

	Hopefully that'll be the last fail for a while, but I'm 
suspicious of the particularly bad normal to orbit plane failure.
