All,
I have looked at the Orbit 135a ATS v003
IBEX_2011_217_o0135a_v003.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v003 match the STF v001 file
IBEX_2011_217_o0135a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_forecast_31jul11-07oct11_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands are a little strange.
The .oef says we need them
2011-08-09T01:32:16.437Z - 2011-08-09T09:15:32.059Z and then again
2011-08-09T10:28:07.122Z - 2011-08-10T14:52:22.340Z.
The STF has them
2011/08:09:12:05:58 - 2011/08:10:11:24:23
which is consistent with our usual practice for the second
period, but skips the first period entirely. I'm guessing that the
Moon only skims the edge of the -Lo FOV for the first period? In any
case, I think the danger to -Lo is small from having Moon in FOV.
No ground station contact times sent; commands in ATS look OK
assuming the ground contact times match.
No Battery cell balancing Cycle.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 134 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

Maneuver at perigee leaves us pointing in a (very) safe
direction at maneuver and at following Apogee. We will have a worse
angle wrt solar wind during the first half of Orbit 136, since we are
not biased late as we usually do, but there are not any good ways to
correct this without the star tracker for the maneuver.

No O-mode this orbit.
No overlaps to orbit 134, either manual check or per
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi.
Command Approval Checklist attached; Checklist sequence of
Sun-acq commands is different from ATS (Catbed heater commands) but
differences are not important.
Incomplete first edition of Sun-Acq. maneuver checklist attached.
