[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 133 Apogee Contact 22 July 11 @ 1300

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
 The Apogee/Back-Up MOC contact with USN/HAW01 @ 1300 UTC was a success for
command/telemetry
CAR# 474 Upload Orbit# 134 ATS was executed,  the FC was dumped and we were
in auto track for 17 minutes of
the contact.
The GOAT HERDER will be emailed later today with complete contact
information and Apogee Maneuver Target Vector data.
