[Isocops] IBEX Goat Herder 18 July 11 Orbit# 132 Perigee Contacts

Guys,

  The contact with USN/AK @0430 was nominal for command and observed a Star
Tracker PWR cycle Yellow OOL The star tracker power cycled after the Apogee
contact on 13 July11 and we are in the process of playing back the data to
find the exact time of occurrence.



The STA_State Count telemetry point on the ACS telemetry page remained the
same during the 0430 UTC contact which indicates that the start tracker
recovered from the power cycle.  Standing CAR# 344 will be executed during
the 1500 UTC contact to reset the FDC flags and Response Latch Values.

Walker Cross was contacted during the 0430 UTC contact and determined that
the start tracker would not affect the upcoming 0850 UTC perigee
maneuver.  @0430,
we were in 100% start tracker outage.



The contact with USN/AUWA01 @1500 UTC was nominal for command/telemetry and
auto track for Doppler data

CAR# 344 to reset the FDC Flags and Response Latch Valves was executed and
the telemetry was nominal.

CAR# 474 Upload Orbit o0134a_v003 will be executed at Apogee due to the
number of commands on board the spacecraft.
