All,
I have looked at the Orbit 133a ATS v002
IBEX_2011_199_o0133a_v002.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations.
The PL commands in the ATS v002 match the STF v001 files
IBEX_2011_199_o0133a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (Thanks, Ken!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_199_o0133a_v001.oef
respectively.
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands in the STF match the
ATS; the .oef Moon-in-Lo FOV times are respectively 5 and 2 hours
later than the STF times, but substantially the same.
No ground station contact times. I assume those must be
loaded independently.
4 Battery cell balancing Cycles in an independent .ats for
Orbit132. All are at good times, > 1 hour from anything.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 132 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No O-mode this orbit.
-Lo gain test in file IBEX_2011_Orbit133_LoGainTest_v001.txt
runs just before descending at final perigee in orbit and are clear
of other operations; commands match -Lo STF per Ken's script.
(-Hi gain test in file
IBEX_2011_Orbit132_HighGainTest_v001.txt runs during Orbit 132,
approval separate)
No overlaps to orbit 132. I have not checked
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi, however. Transmitter on/off
commands will still need to be added and may cause overlaps, which
should not be a problem.
Command Approval Checklist attached.
