All,
We started out on Hawaii02 @2030. We had good command and SOH data. USN
reported that they were not collecting tracking data after the first 6
minutes from the station. We switched over to Hawaii01 tracking station. We
saw good command and were receiving valid SOH data. USN reported that they
were collecting tracking data from the station. We were unable to achieve
autotrack from either station.
