All,
	Ephem check failed on 26-Feb, along with the rebuilds (which 
were fixed the next day). Ken is requesting an ephemeris run-out; he 
thinks it's a consequence of the order of submission of the 
predictive and definitive ephemerides.
	STF should be out any moment now.
