IBEX-Hi CEM D Voltage

 Hello,

We will have the standard ops weekly call at 12:30 Eastern Mon 2/21,
followed at 1pm by the Configuration Change SCCB for the IBEX-Hi CEM D
voltage change. Since the proposed voltage is higher than any CEM voltage
applied on-orbit, members of both the Hi & Lo teams are required.

The first application of proposed voltage will be applied during a ground
contact with remote monitoring support from both Hi & Lo. CEU support should
be on-call.

Following this contact, the orbit's data should be reviewed and approved
before bringing the new voltage into nominal operations.
