All,
2 More failed ephem checks.
First one is probably due to the same missed passes as
before, no need for another variance run-out in my opinion.
Second one is due to a testing file put in the wrong
directory; Ken will reject that one.
I did talk this over with Ken (found the 151 km. miss
eventually) and I think we are agreed on the plan.
