[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 111 Star Tracker Reset (2 Feb 11 @ 1656)

[Ibex Mission Operations]

*Orbit# 111 Perigee Contact had an Start Tracker Reset Event 15 minutes
prior to LOS
*Ryan Tyler and Walker Cross were notified during the contact and CAR# 344
was executed to reset totals and latch valves
 after the reset event.
SOH will be checked during the upcoming contact 3 Feb 11 @ 0630 UTC

@1653 ops_set_sc_time.scr was started and an *RED OOL* was detected when a
Star Tracker Reset Event occurred.
 Log files, SSR and FC data will be looked at over the next serveral days.
