[Isocops] FW: IBEX-Lo Gain Test Results

Looks like Lo voltages will stay where they are for awhile longer. Thanks David!

Hi Chelle,

The IBEX-Lo team has processed and analyzed the results from the MCP
Gain Test we ran during orbit 148, and we are satisfied with the
results.  we don't anticipate needed to change the default settings of
the MCP voltage anytime in the near future.
