All,
I have looked at the Orbit 151 ATS v003
IBEX_2011_363_o0151a_v003.txt
and I approve.
Constraint violation per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2011_363_o0151a_v003.ccvr
expected due to eclipse, battery balancing commands intended
to address that.
The PL commands in the ATS v003 match the STF v002
IBEX_2011_363_o0151a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2011_354_o0151a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV PMT setback commands needed per the .oef, and
match times approximately (.oef is earlier on both ends, but only 3
and 1 hour out of 12, so this is pretty normal).
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit151Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 4 contacts.
Battery cell balancing combined with eclipse operations this orbit.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 149 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

worse) at following Apogee.
