Guys,
Here is V002 of the ATS for Orbit# 151.
MPS does not like the eclipse flag commands in the ABS, so the commands
were hand edited.
A new CCVR was not generated
The following commands were added as per Ryan Tyler's comments
*1.* The eclipse flags were set during the time of the eclipse.
@ECT_SetLongEclipseFlag TRUE $TIME=2012/01:07:24:00:00
@ECT_SetLongEclipseFlag FALSE $TIME=2012/01:07:12:00:00
*2.* The Perigee inertial maneuver takes place 1 hr 23 min. after the
eclipse flag is set to false.
